- Items must be returned in original condition including packaging and all parts.
- Items such as water filters, electrical components, pumps, solenoids, special orders, and any used or installed parts cannot be returned.
- Clearance items are case-by-case — please contact us if you wish to return one.

To start a return, please contact us first. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. Refunds on products will be processed within 7 days after we receive and inspect the item. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
